Chicken and Dumplings

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sear on both sides about 3 minutes per side, then let rest for around 10 minutes
- Combine the seasoning and set aside
- Melt the butter in large pot
- Add the minced garlic, worcestershire and seasonings and cook for 1 minute
- Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently
- Add chicken broth slowly in small batches
- Add heavy cream slowly in small batches
- Add chicken bouillon
- Add frozen peas
- While the broth heats up, make the dumpings
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and sugar
- Add milk, sour cream, and melted butter
- DO NOT OVERMIX or it will be dense
- Using a small scoop or spoon, create dumpling balls
- Drop the dumpings into the broth, making sure broth is spooned over each dumpling to cover
- Cover and set to simmer for 15 minutes
